Robert van Nobelen.
Initial development was prompted by Dr Taylor's own experiences of RSI.

about muscle fatigue and recovery, alerting you to when micropauses and breaks are needed, guiding you
through regular exercises and stretches designed to reduce fatigue, monitoring your exposure and
