July 16, 2012 - Management of Wellnomics’ Dutch subsidiary have bought a cornerstone shareholding in the Netherlands-registered company, Wellnomics BV, it was announced today.
“This investment is a real sign of confidence, and reflects their expectations of the huge market potential for Wellnomics products in the Netherlands,”
says Dr Kevin Taylor, Wellnomics founder and CEO.
Karin Verhoeven and Bart Broekhuis have been part of the management team for Wellnomics BV since 2008 and are excited about the prospects for growth in their market.
“There is significant opportunity to build on the company’s proud history in helping Dutch companies improve their health and safety,” says Mr Broekhuis, “Our local knowledge and experience has been incorporated into the Wellnomics software, and we see Dutch employers increasingly embracing this."
Dr Taylor says Ms Verhoeven and Mr Broekhuis have a long career at the intersection of IT, publishing and working conditions, and have been adding considerable value to the company’s Dutch clients.
