  • slow it down
  • cup it in your hand gently, don't GRIP it
  • clean mouse regularly
  • move from the shoulder, keep wrist locked
  • rest fingers on buttons - don't hold above
  • avoid using it, or chuck it away altogether! There are plenty of better alternatives
